YOUR ACCOUNT

If there is a problem charging your selected payment method, we may charge any other valid payment method associated with your account. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY COMPLAINTS

vmfixtures respects the intellectual property of others. If you believe that your intellectual property rights are being infringed, please contact us. RISK OF LOSS All purchases of physical items from vmfixtures are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This means that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier. RETURNS & REFUNDS Returns on stock items are accepted within 30 days of delivery for items in their original condition. Please refer to our Return Procedure below.

PRODUCT NOT AS DESCRIBED

We try our best to present the real photos and accurate description and content for the products. What you see is what you get, but due to external factors such as in the condition of light or viewing on different devices, sometimes there is color difference for the metal finish and velvet, you can double check with customer service before order or if you recieve the goods not as described, you can return the goods and we will refund for you.

DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS

We ask our customers to not return damaged or defective items, as our return policy does not apply. If your item arrives damaged or defective, please call customer service at +8613609601077 for assistance.

RETURN PROCEDURE

Please complete the RETURN form to request an RMA number.Clearly write/label all sides of the shipment with the assigned Sales Return Order number.

REFUNDS & CREDITS

Please allow 1-2 weeks to process your return and refund. We can only provide credit for the item price. Shipping costs are not refundable.
